Our stakeholders are the life blood of the institution and is of vital importance, this includes the learners, parents, school governing boards/council, educators, ancillary, staff, the Department of Education, Government, Industry and the community at large.

Our learners are the pivotal structure of our institutes, they have a sound education interest in what they are doing and in so doing they can get sound life skills and future employment.

Our educators keep learners motivated by encouraging and facilitating the implementation process and focus on good values.

These are respect, creative thinking, intellectual and skill acquisition and the eagerness to learn.

Our rules are in line with the Department of Education regulation, legislation and the bill of rights.
The institute being a multicultural entity has a variety of learners who are disciplined, eager to learn developing new skills and talents to make a better life for themselves , their families which benefits the community.

The rules include health, safety and security ,protection respect, punctuality and the code of conduct.
The rules are understood by all stakeholders and are clearly displayed.

Our administration solves disciplinary problems together with educators and parents.
The institute trains and encourages learners to guide and lead other learners.
Learner motivation is done by continually giving incentives for good academic results, behaviour and cultural event achievers.

It is values that mould and shape our learners into future good citizens.
Our policies are made holistically by the educators and our administration and management, parents and the community in line with the standards , norms , procedures , policies rules and regulations of the higher authorities creating mutual understanding , respect of one another work ethics and co-operation.

While our educators and administration staff are aware that they are doing a service to the community and society at large makes them exemplary< our parents on the other hand know their limit and their rights and they appreciate the work being done at the institution .

Our people works tirelessly to develop the institutes values and ethics by giving our learners basic needs < love < support and advice.
The administration  ,the governing board .the workplace skills provider and the government being the apex of the institution helps provide a conducive learning environment for the learners interested in our institution and works tirelessly in developing the institution .
