The multiracial multicultural policy of the institute fits in with the governments policy ,hence it hails the institution through accreditation and its links with other private and state education and training institutions bringing in learners from mainly those who were previously disadvantaged. These learners whom the institute targets are able , willing  and have the drive to uplift themselves and their communities and are seeking opportunities where they are valued as smart citizens.
